Things to consider in an interview.
Body Language of the interviewer
- Well this
Is different from this
In the first we can see someone that’s not really sure of something, it’s boring, and sure give us the idea that what he’s listening is not interesting (in this moment during a interview you lost the audience)
The second picture shows us a confident women, the first thing we may think when we see her, is that she’s going to tell us something important, maybe something even interesting.
And sure EVERYTHING is different from this!
But this is a different kinds of interview!
The interviewer should
Sit up straight, and lean slightly forward in his chair.
Show enthusiasm by keeping an interested expression. Nod and make positive gestures (the nodding scene)
Establish a comfortable amount of personal space between him and the interviewer. Should avoid invading personal space (because it could make the interviewer feel uncomfortable and take the focus away from the conversation).
The interviewer should create a first time strong connection with the audience. He can do that with a simple stare at the camera.

Make the background one with the interview!!
There are a lot of important technical details you have to look out for, hot image(to much white, brightness ), boom shadows, sound, lights, framing(the image cannot be to tight, it as to have space between the head and the ceiling.)
